อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ วันที่ 3 มีนาคม
2556 ม.ร.ว.สุขุมพันธุ์ บริพัตร ผู้สมัครจากพรรคประชาธิปัตย์
สามารถคว้าชัยชนะในการเลือกตั้งครั้งนี้ไปด้วยคะแนน 1,256,349 คะแนน
ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครต่ออีกสมัย ขณะที่ พล.ต.อ.พงศพัศ พงษ์เจริญ
ผู้สมัครจากพรรคเพื่อไทย ตามมาเป็นที่ 2 ด้วยคะแนน 1,077,899
คะแนน
มีผู้มาใช้สิทธิ์ จำนวน 2,715,640 คน จากผู้มีสิทธิ์ทั้งหมด 4,244,465 คน คิดเป็น 63.98%
บัตรดี จำนวน 2,630,890
ใบ คิดเป็น 96.88% บัตรเสีย จำนวน 37,300
ใบ คิดเป็น 1.37% ไม่ประสงค์จะลงคะแนน จำนวน 47,448
ใบ คิดเป็น 1.75% เขตที่มีผู้ใช้สิทธิ์มากที่สุดคือ
เขตทวีวัฒนา คิดเป็น 70.88% ส่วนเขตที่มีจำนวนผู้มาใช้สิทธิ์ต่ำที่สุด
คือ เขตดุสิต คิดเป็น 56.85%
Sukhumbhand
wins, Pheu Thai concedes defeat
MR
Sukhumbhand Paribatra of the Democrat Party has won Sunday's Bangkok governor
election with a record-high number of votes, as his Pheu Thai rival, Pol Gen
Pongsapat Pongcharoen, conceded defeat.
As
of 7.15pm, MR Sukhumbhand had 1.25 million votes while Pol Gen Pongsapat got
1.07 million. The previous record was held by the late Samak Sundaravej at 1.01
million votes in 2000.
"I
want to thank Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra [of the Pheu Thai Party] who
has promised that I'll be able to work seamlessly with the government.
"I
would like to take this opportunity to invite about 800,000 Bangkokians who did
not cast their votes today to help build Bangkok with me.
"I
promise you that I'll work harder and be more committed and that I'll serve the
people of Bangkok - the city I love, where I was born and raised, and will
die," said the re-elected governor.
He
also called on the Election Commission to inspect the exit polls after they
gave Pol Gen Pongsapat a slender victory.
"The
result of the exit polls is inaccurate and it could mislead people and create
confusion," MR Sukhumbhand said
